IVR Infrastructure

About

This project creates the infrastructure to integrate scheduled interactive voice response (IVR) calls as well as other scheduled activities across CHCR projects.

Aims

Aim 1: Develop CHCR's software infrastructure to include IVR (interactive voice response) calls, including using the Michigan Tailoring System (MTS) as a platform for driving tailored IVR calls.

Aim 2: Standardize the scheduling of study protocol activities such as IVR calls, email reminders, text messages, faxes using a common framework.

Participants

Researchers, health organizations, and health practitioners wishing to use IVR calls as part of their study protocol.
