The HealthMedia Research Laboratory provided Roche Pharmaceuticals with a thorough review of the Xenicare II tailored intervention proposal, as designed by MicroMass Communications, Inc. Recommendations to make Xenicare II a more effective program were provided for each of the topics listed below:

- Number and timing of printed materials
- Creative design
An "evaluation and recommendation for improvements" document was provided to Roche Pharmaceuticals upon completion of review of the proposed intervention.
